Warranty Information

As with any purchase, you want to make sure you get the most out of your dollar and this means the product you purchase must endure the use of its intended purpose for a reasonable amount of time. Modern Concrete Floors is proud to offer a conditional warranty on all of our installations.

Commercial Warranty - 3-years
Covers the following:
 

  • Peeling from subsurface (the surface floor was applied to)
  • Materials used (performance guaranteed per data sheets)

Residential Warranty - 5-years
Covers the following:
 

  • Peeling from subsurface (the surface floor was applied to)          
  • Materials used (performance guaranteed per data sheets)

Remediation

Modern Concrete Floors agree to remediate installations failing to perform as intended by repair or replacement of the existing floor.

Limitations

Modern Concrete Floors cannot be responsible for uncontrolled circumstances.
While they are not common, they include, but are not limited to:

  • Moisture vapor transmission issues (click here for more information on moisture vapor transmission)
  • Abuse of surface(s) (we are not responsible for scratches)
  • Alkalinity issues in the concrete (click here for more information on how alkalinity and PH affect a concrete floor)
  • Weak concrete (floor breaks beyond the adhesion of our coating at the concrete)
  • Cracking of the floor beyond our floor (subsurface cracks)
  • Yellowing or discoloration of floor
